Exclusive SearTech technology combines a unique cookware base with a stainless steel mesh that keeps oils in the middle of the pan. A thick, uniquely constructed stainless steel base is designed to keep the cooking surface uniformly flat while delivering fast, even heat. Finished with an ultra-durable, PFOA-free non-stick surface and flat rivets for a smooth interior, it is metal utensil safe, dishwasher safe, and oven safe to 260 degrees. A tempered glass lid helps lock in heat, while the dual-riveted handle supports control in use.
