Rooted in Persian culinary tradition, Camelēr Spice Co. Advieh Berenj is a scented rice spice blend with a history traced to the Achaemenid Empire in the 6th century BC. Also known as Advieh Polo, it combines cardamom, rose petal, turmeric and other spices for floral, warm and woody notes with a mild intensity.

Traditionally used with rice and pilaf dishes, this versatile blend also suits couscous salad, quinoa, Loobia Polo and Tahdig. Camelēr Spice Co. mills and blends its spices in-house and aims to use cooking spices within one year from field to jar.
