Award-winning blend boasting luxurious saffron as the main ingredient. The name saffron derives from the Arabic ‘za'faran’, and as known a little of this blend goes a long way. Alongside the rose petal, black lime and other spice alchemy, it has a signature aromatic scent and unique taste.

How to use
It adds incredible depth and warmth to a host of different dishes. Beef or lamb stews, chicken casseroles and all vegetable medleys elevated to a new level. Translating as “stew spice” in Persian. A little bit goes a long way. Add ½ teaspoon, to begin with, and build on the profile to suit your taste, walking away and enjoying the signature fragrance until it is ready to serve.
