DamavandPro Echinacea Purpurea 'Purple Coneflower' Seeds Perennial & Biennial

From DamavandPro, these Echinacea Purpurea ‘Purple Coneflower’ seeds offer an easy route to a long-lasting display of vibrant purple, daisy-like blooms. A low-maintenance perennial wildflower, Echinacea Purpurea is suited to gardeners who want reliable colour that returns year after year, while also helping to attract pollinators such as bees, butterflies and hummingbirds.

Sow directly outdoors in a position with full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil. Scatter the seeds, press gently into the surface and keep the soil moist until germination, which can take from 10 days to several weeks. Once established, plants require minimal watering and can be thinned to 12 inches apart for optimal growth. Expect flowers in year two, with a lengthy blooming period from summer to fall. The blooms are also suitable for cutting and drying, making it easy to enjoy them indoors as well as in the garden.
