This mix includes species from the RHS Plants for Pollinators wildflower seed list and contains more than 21 wildflowers, including Guizotia abyssinica, Salvia hispanica, Meconopsis, Linum usitatissimum, red, white and blue poppies, blanket flower, cosmos, mixed zinnia, yellow tansy, Rosa canina, Circaea, Aquilegia, dwarf morning glory, evening primrose, Myosotis, California poppy, baby’s breath, love-in-a-mist, blue lupin, borage and purple tansy. As each pack contains hundreds or thousands of seeds, the exact mix and ratios may vary.

Growing instructions

• Choose where you would like to grow your wild flowers
• Rake the surface of the ground to about 1cm depth
• Shake the pack well to mix the wild flower seeds with the spreading compound
• Avoid sprinkling the wild flower seeds too close together
• Sprinkle evenly and water immediately
• Cover the seeds to help prevent spoiling or being taken by birds and other wildlife
• Continue to water lightly, taking weather conditions into account and avoiding overwatering
• Be patient; after 4 to 8 weeks you will start to see results
• Germination is slower in colder conditions
• The first year may only produce the leaves necessary for the flower to grow
