Delicario Naturalis Cheese in Wild Cornflowers & Marigolds

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, starter, mixture of flowers (cornflower, marigold), salt, lysozyme (egg).

Delicario Giniz Cheese

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, starter, salt, juniper, gin

Delicario Pecorino dei Malatesta al Sangiovese

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep milk, salt, rennet and cheese cultures. Inedible rind.

May have been in contact with glutenous grains, milk derivates, nuts.

Delicario Schüttler Cheese

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, starter, salt, anise, caraway, fennel, coriander, lysozyme (egg)

Delicario Chilli Preserve

Ingredients: Chilli pepper pulp (70%), sugar, lemon juice.

Pane Carasau

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina (69%), water, salt, yeast. Can contain soy and mustard.
