Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, starter, salt

Delicario Pecorino with Walnut Leaves

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep milk, salt, rennet and cheese cultures. Inedible rind.

May have been in contact with glutenous grains, milk derivates, nuts.

Delicario Schüttler Cheese

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, starter, salt, anise, caraway, fennel, coriander, lysozyme (egg)

Delicario Trüffelo Cheese

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, starter, salt, truffle, lysozyme (egg).

Delicario Blueberry Preserve

Ingredients: Blueberries, sugar, gelling agents (pectin, locust bean), acidifier, (citric acid)
