Handpicked in Turkey, Eco-Pebble Wild Oregano Buds are harvested from wild oregano plants just before the flowers open. These aromatic buds offer a zesty, hoppy and spicy character, with a more powerful, citric profile than standard oregano.

Used in Turkish fine cuisine, they bring distinctive flavour to salads, pasta, barbecue rubs, soups, pizzas, roasts, stews, casseroles and pies. They can also be brewed in hot water, with or without tea, using half a teaspoon for an aromatic drink. Packed in a simple resealable airtight pouch, they stay fresh for at least 2 years.
