Blend 26 is made with Cheshire barley, wild yeast and the distillery’s own spring water. It is matured in oak below the Cat & Fiddle, blended with other selected whiskies at the distillery, then rested in new English oak casks in the cellars. The result is a smooth, bright style with delicate sweetness balanced by English oak. It received the Masters Award in the World Whisky Masters.
