Designed for modern kitchens, the Hestan CopperBond Induction Copper Skillet brings copper’s fast response together with a stainless steel cooking surface. Handcrafted in Italy, this 28cm skillet uses five-layer bonded construction with a thick 100% pure copper core, paired with a wrap-around stainless-steel base optimised for induction efficiency.

A copper-stainless exterior is matched with a nonreactive 18/10 stainless steel interior for easy cleaning. Reinforced, flared rims support drip-free pouring, while innovative flush rivets are shaped for easier cleaning and stacking. The skillet is oven and grill safe, with heat tolerance up to 315°C/ 600°F.

Use and care

• Metal utensil safe
• Hand-wash; thoroughly dry with a soft cloth
• We recommend Wright's Copper Cream for polishing and removing any discoloration
• Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads or harsh detergents
• Copper will develop a natural patina over time; to restore the shiny appearance, use a copper polish and dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth
• Not recommended for the dishwasher
