Use and care

• Remove all packaging and labels before wetting, then clean with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove residue
• Hand wash and dry the pans and lids before first use
• If washing by hand, use hot, soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean gently with a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring and heat gradually rather than using high heat immediately
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils in the saucepan and casserole; avoid sharp implements
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven and place pans on an oven shelf, not the oven floor
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
