Built for everyday cooking, the Kuhn Rikon Allround frying pan pairs durable stainless steel with a tough 3 layer non-stick coating for low-fat frying. Designed for flexible use across the kitchen, it moves from hob to oven when needed and is made to suit a wide range of cooking tasks.

Practical to live with, it is dishwasher suitable and can also be washed by hand. The pan is suitable for use on all types of hob, including induction, and can be used in the oven up to 240°C.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting, then clean with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove residue
• Hand wash and dry before first use
• For hand cleaning, use hot, soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean gently with a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring
• Heat gradually and avoid placing on a high heat
• Use only silicone or wooden utensils
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
