Stainless steel wok with non-stick for fast, low fat stir frying of meat, fish and vegetables. The 18/10 stainless steel is durable and looks great. The three layer coating includes titanium particles for added strength. The combination of stainless steel and non-stick is easy to use and easy to clean.

The All round wok is perfect for stir frys, braising, rice dishes and deep frying - just imagine the variety of dishes you can create in this pan.

The stay cool, stainless steel handle is riveted to the pan. The thick encapsulated base ensures the pan heats up efficiently on all types of hob.

Use & Care

  • Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the wok, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue.  
  • Hand wash and dry the wok and lid before first use.  
  • The wok is dishwasher suitable but can easily be washed by hand.
  • If cleaning by hand use hot, soapy water. Stubborn burnt on stains might need soaking first.
  • Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers to clean the wok.
  • Suitable for use on all types of hob, including induction. Avoid dragging your wok across a glass topped hob.
  • Try to match the diameter of the wok to the ring on the hob.
  • Always heat up a wok gradually, don’t place it on a high heat.
  • Use silicone or wooden utensils.
  • The wok can be used in the oven up to 240°C.
  • The wok handle will stay cool on the hob provided gas flames are not licking up the side.
  • Use oven gloves when removing the wok from the oven.
  • Do not place the wok on the oven floor, always use an oven shelf.
  • Misuse invalidates the guarantee. Overheating or burnt in residues are not covered.
  • Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar.
