Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Classic Neo Pressure Cooker Long Handle

Designed and made in Switzerland, the Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Classic Neo pressure cooker long handle brings confident, controlled pressure cooking to everyday kitchens. Cooking times are printed directly on the protection cap, with additional timings available in the enclosed cooking time table and the Kuhn Rikon app.

Crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, it features a Superthermic sandwich bottom for energy-efficient heat transmission. A triple overpressure relief mechanism and a fully automatic locking system help prevent opening while pressure remains inside, while pressure indication lines become visible as it reaches pressure. Inside the pan, 1/2 and 2/3 fill level indicators support safe filling, and the cooker offers two pressure settings for different ingredients.

Use and care

• Follow the detailed instructions supplied with the pressure cooker
• Handwash and dry after use; handwashing is recommended for normal soiling using warm water and washing-up liquid
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers and do not use sharp objects to remove stuck food
• Avoid regular cleaning in the dishwasher
• For limescale or discolouration use SWISS CLEANER, or remove limescale with vinegar or lemon juice
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Never exceed maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
• Pressure can be released naturally by turning off the heat, by depressing the pressure indicator until steam has released, or by placing the rim under tepid running water; tilt the lid away from you when lifting
