A sensor on the pan communicates in real time with your smartphone or tablet, signalling when temperature needs adjusting or when steam should be released. Designed and manufactured in Kuhn Rikon, Switzerland, it combines 18/10 stainless steel with a solid aluminium Superthermic sandwich base, and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction.

Use and care

• Follow the supplied instructions and download the app to guide recipes and the cooking process
• Handwash and dry after use; for normal soiling use warm water and washing-up liquid
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers and do not use sharp objects to remove stuck food
• Avoid regular cleaning in the dishwasher
• Remove limescale with vinegar or lemon juice
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Do not exceed maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
