Designed and manufactured in Kuhn Rikon, Switzerland, the Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Inox Pressure Cooker Side Grips Set combines a timeless stainless steel finish with a space-saving side-grip design for easier lifting and compact hob use. This 2 piece set includes two pans of the same diameter in 4L and 6L capacities, giving flexibility for up to 4 or 6 servings.

Use the single pressure cooker lid with either pan to match the quantity you’re cooking, while the second pan can be used open for everyday tasks such as vegetables, potatoes, rice or soups. Built from 18/10 stainless steel with a solid aluminium Superthermic® sandwich base, it is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and features a spring-loaded precision valve, integrated lid locking and 3 safety release systems.

Use and care

• Follow the detailed instructions supplied
• Handwash and dry the pans
• Control pressure by adjusting the heat on the hob once the pressure indicator has lifted
• Two pressure settings: 5.8 psi (first red ring) and 11.6 psi (second red ring)
• Release pressure by turning off the heat, depressing the pressure indicator, or cooling the rim under tepid running water
• Use warm water and washing-up liquid for normal cleaning
• Remove limescale with vinegar or lemon juice
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers and sharp objects
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Do not exceed maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
