Kimchi juice is naturally cultured and high in vitamins, enzymes and beneficial live bacteria. It is, of course, inspired by the Korean classic, kimchi.

This is a brine, a by-product of our kimchi-making process and so will taste familiar to connoisseurs of that fermented vegetable goodness. You can drink a little every day as a regular gut shot or you can incorporate it right into your cooking - try using it as a marinade: delicious.
