Delivery between 2-5 Working days

A specific delivery day can be chosen but must be communicated with Oseasons on or prior to the order. The specific day must be more than 2 Business days.

A valid phone number is mandatory. Otherwise delays will occur.

PalletForce is a curb side delivery courier.

Due to the pallet courier drivers contract, the driver may not be able to help to unwrap the product or take it off the pallet. The pallet will be left with the customer to dispose of.

Oseasons' free shipping excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands. All orders received to the excluded locations mentioned above will require an additional one-off payment on or prior to the order being placed to cover the extra costs. Further payments will be required for a delivery date that is not a typical business day. A further payment may be required, depending on the courier, for a specific delivery date and/or a specific time.

If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item has been received, Oseasons must be notified as soon as possible via email at [email protected] with photos of the item and preferably the packaging too. If a positive decision has been made by Oseasons, the customer can choose to replace the item or receive a full refund for the goods at no extra cost to the customer.

If the customer has a change of heart upon receiving the product or is not happy with the received product due to no fault of Oseasons, the customer is free to return the product back to Oseasons within a period of 28 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping of the product back to Oseasons must be paid by the customer. At that point, a full refund or a product swap of equal value will be offered to the customer.
