When it came to creating our version of the gift from the porky gods that is the combo of pork and mustard, we didn’t want just any old flavour, we wanted the legend that is English mustard. Anything else just wouldn’t cut the..err…mustard. HURRAH!

The taste is about the build of the famous English Mustard kick- it’s quite subtle at first behind some lovely meaty tones, but after a few chunks you’ll be in no doubt whatsoever who’s running the show on your palate. All packaged up in our 40g foil packets

Pork Rind (75%), Pork Fat, Sunflower Oil, Antioxidant (Tertiary-Butyl Hydroquinone, Citric Acid), Salt, MUSTARD Flour, Rice Flour, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Natural Flavouring, Dried Spirit Vinegar, Dill, Turmeric Extract, Paprika Extract.

Storage

PORKY SNACKS: If kept air tight, our crackling should be suitably awesome up until it's best before date, which should typically be around 16 weeks from purchase, sometimes more, sometimes less.

If you dive in regularly, we'd recommend eating it up within 4 weeks - but this shouldn't be too tricky, because well, you're already diving in regularly.

As with any food product, store in a cool, dry place away from bright light and vegetarians (if it's meaty) in order to keep the swines at their best.
