Abus Mechanical 72 Series Aluminium Padlock - Black

From ABUS, the 72 Series Aluminium Padlock is a compact, coloured padlock designed for dependable everyday security across a wide range of settings. Made with a precision extruded, cut and drilled pure aluminium body, it combines a light feel with a strong build, making it a practical choice for regular use.

A rust-free precision 6-pin tumbler cylinder is paired with a hardened 7mm steel shackle, while the zinc plated brass lock mechanism is designed to help protect against chemical corrosion. Finished in anodised aluminium, these padlocks are keyed alike and self-locking, securing by simply pushing down the shackle. Suitable for doors, gates, cabinets, lockers, toolboxes, cellar windows, sheds, switchgears and barriers, it is also described as ideal for access lock-off with 801 shackles.
