• To measure: A is the distance from the internal end of the cylinder (not the thumbturn) to the centre of the cam
• To measure: B is the distance from the external end of the cylinder to the centre of the cam
• For thumbturn cylinders: measurement K is always the thumbturn side, and measurement Z is external
