Adur Txakolina 2022 75cl

From Getaria, Adur Txakolina 2022 is a white wine made from Hondarribi Zuri. Drawn from 3 hectares of vines, it is produced with carefully controlled yields to maximise aromatic intensity, then fermented in French barrel using only the first press.

The palate is bracingly fresh with poise and tension, carrying a notably saline character and a long, complex finish. Ten per cent undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and add weight and balance, while six months on the lees brings extra texture and volume.
