Agricultural Quad Crop ATV Sprayer with Boom on Trailer 60L (Pesticide Agriculture Spray Machine)

Our 60 Litre Sprayer is an ideal addition to your ATV or Quad Bike for spraying your farmland, gardens, shrubs & more. Should you find an area where you can't get your vehicle to, then switch to the hand lance. With over 5 metres of hose, you will be sure to cover all the areas that you need, ensuring that your land stands out as well maintained, or for generating a bumper harvest at the end of the season.

Although it's perfectly fine for use with water, this ATV Sprayer is primarily designed for pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical growth regulators. It comes with a diaphragm pump for a steady, high-pressure stream. It’s robust and anti-corrosion design allows for high reliability and a long service life. The nozzle also features two-step filtration technology to prevent the entry of foreign substances, so as to ensure spray quality.

The Tank, Chassis, and Hose have been partially assembled. This guide covers the other half of the assembly process.

1. TRACTION FRAME

This goes on the front of the product. To fix it to the Chassis, you’ll need to use the included:

• X2 8mm x 60mm Bolts
• X2 8mm Flat Washers
• X2 8mm Spring Washers
• X2 8mm Nuts

1. WHEELS

Pass the Wheel Shaft through the Chassis and place the wheels on either end. Secure them to the Wheel Shaft using the included:

• X2 16mm Flat Washers
• X2 16mm Spring Washers
• X2 16mm Nuts

1. UPRIGHT POSTS

These go on the back of the product. Hold them on the inner part of the Chassis so the holes line up neatly. Then fix them using the included:

• X6 8mm x 15mm Bolts
• X6 8mm Flat Washers
• X6 8mm Spring Washers
• X6 8mm Nuts

1. BEAM

This comes in two parts that will need to be fixed together. You’ll find that one bar fits into the other such that the holes line up. The bigger holes fit onto the Upright Posts, and the smaller holes go on top to support the Spray Lance Clamps. For the Beam, you’ll need the included:

• X3 8mm x 15mm Bolts
• X3 8mm Flat Washers
• X3 8mm Spring Washers
• X3 8mm Nuts

This setup allows for easy lateral adjustments. Make sure the nuts and bolts hold up the Beam firmly. To optimise the distribution of spray contents, it's recommended to keep the Spray Lance at a height of 50cm when spraying herbicides or soil treatment; and 30cm when spraying insecticides, fungicides, and growth regulators.

1. SPRAY LANCE CLAMPS

All four of these have two holes each, but not all of them need to be used. They go under the small holes on the Beam. To secure them, you’ll need the included:

• X4 5mm x 15mm Bolts
• X4 5mm Flat Washers
• X4 5mm Spring Washers
• X4 5mm Nuts

These are set up in such a way that is easy to modify if required.

1. LONG SPRAY LANCE

The pieces screw into each other simply. You just need to push the rubber washers closer to the edge.

1. MANOMETER & SILVER CLIPS

The Manometer will be inside the Tank Lid. Use the rubber washer and then screw it on. Fit the silver slips to hold the hosing to the side of the tank.

1. POWER CORD

Once everything else is complete, the power cord can be connected to a vehicle battery.
