How to use

Apply to the scalp and spread using slow circular friction motions. Massage with your palms from the sides of the head to the top until fingers interlace, repeating to cover the scalp. “Scissor” the ears 3 to 5 times by placing index and middle fingers on either side of the ear and massaging up and down. Starting at the midline of the hairline, place index fingers about 1 centimetre apart and pinch to gently lift the scalp; repeat 8 to 10 times towards the back, holding each pinch for 1 to 2 seconds. Repeat on the left and right sides, then take a deep breath and gently compress the scalp with your hands.
