Underfoot, a Vibram Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug improves traction across varied surfaces, and an integrated toe bumper adds extra protection at the front. A 4mm heel-to-toe drop works with rocker shape geometry to support a smooth toe-off, while the updated fit construction and redesigned heel collar provide a more secure feel. Altra Fit gives the forefoot room to move with a secure midfoot hold, and the integrated GaiterTrap allows easy attachment of a Trail Gaiter.
