Engineered for flexibility, it adheres permanently without cracking. For the full neon effect, Angelus recommends starting with a base coat of Angelus White to achieve uniform opacity and brightness. Apply the white base coat first, then build colour with 3–4 thin coats of the neon shade, allowing each layer to dry fully before the next. Once complete, protect and seal your work with Angelus finishers.
