A sturdy 38mm x 89mm (2x4) frame supports substantial weight, with a load capacity of up to 850kg in its standard configuration and 500kg when fitted with wheels. Kiln-dried timber helps minimise moisture content for improved stability and a reduced likelihood of cracking or splitting. Over time, the wood will develop a natural patina; occasional oiling helps maintain its appearance and longevity.
