Arbor Garden Solutions Sculpted Wooden Pergola and Decking Kit

Designed to create a defined outdoor seating and entertaining area, the Arbor Garden Solutions Sculpted Wooden Pergola and Decking Kit combines a pergola structure with a matching deck and balustrade. Built from specified timber components and supplied with pre-cut parts, it’s intended to make installation more straightforward while delivering a clean, structured finish.

The kit includes engineered uprights and structural timbers for the rafters and braces, alongside grooved, green treated decking boards. A spacer block is supplied to help maintain correct spacing during installation, and the balustrades arrive pre-assembled for fitting as part of the build.

How to assemble

• Prepare a flat, level surface before assembling the frame
• Posts are supplied at 2.7m and can be trimmed if needed for a free-standing structure
• Secure joists, beams and decking planks, using the spacer block to maintain correct spacing
• Position upright posts, attach runners and rafters, then secure via pre-drilled holes using the included fixings
• Attach the pre-assembled balustrades, aligning and fixing securely
• Tools required: electric screwdriver, drill, socket wrench, spirit level and ladder
• Assembly also requires a 10mm socket and screwdriver; a battery-operated model is recommended

Treatment & maintenance

Due to the inherent characteristics of natural timber, product colours may vary from those depicted; this natural variation is a hallmark of genuine wood products. Sweep the decking regularly and wash every few months using mild soap and water with a soft-bristle brush. Inspect at least once a year for loose fasteners or cracked boards, tightening or replacing as needed. Apply a wood sealant or stain every 1–3 years; if water sprinkled on the boards absorbs quickly, re-sealing is recommended. Avoid high-setting pressure washing, harsh de-icing salts, and use a plastic shovel for snow.
