Auto World brings classic slot racing character to the track with the 1965 VW Baja Bug in cream, built in HO 1:64 scale. Part of the ThunderJet range, this off-road X-Traction release pairs a period-inspired body with Auto World’s ThunderJet Ultra G chassis, based on the early “pancake” design first developed by Aurora in the formative years of electric slot racing.

Made for straightforward integration into existing layouts, it is 100% compatible with Tomy and AFX sets. A neodymium traction magnet is included, and the ThunderJet body mounts to the chassis using two small screws. Supplied in a sealed blister pack, it suits collectors of HO slot cars as well as those building a retro-themed racing line-up.
