Each bottle contains a distinct essential oil combination. Breathe Calm blends frankincense, orange and lavender. Live Calm combines peppermint, lemon and eucalyptus. Rest Calm contains lavender, geranium and frankincense. The oils can be used in a diffuser or waterless diffuser, added to the shower, or mixed with carrier oil for use in the bath or for massage.

How to use

• Use 6–8 drops in a diffuser or waterless diffuser
• Add 2 drops in the corner of your shower
