From Balfour Winery at Hush Heath Estate in Kent, Balfour Cider is an English craft cider made with 100% fresh Kentish apple juice. This medium-dry style is produced with a winemaker’s approach, fermenting each apple variety separately with selected wine yeast before blending for a clean, crisp and wine-like character.

Estate-grown Cox, Egremont Russet and Bramley apples bring balance to the blend, combining soft, rounded fruit with bright acidity. Freshly cut apple on the nose leads into pear-drop sweetness and fresh apple acidity on the palate. Supplied as a case of twelve 330ml bottles, it suits easy sharing and serving well chilled.
