Bee Calm Body Oil

A beautifully nourishing, lightweight body oil for soft, supple skin that glows with natural health. Enriched with a calming blend of pure natural essential oils to bring you a little haven of peace. Ylang Ylang – perfect to reduce tension and stress and to promote a positive outlook

Sweet Orange – helps to create a positive atmosphere and adds a fresh top note to this blend

Petitgrain – Made from the leaves and twigs of the orange blossom tree and adds a woody floral note to this fragrance

Rose – the ultimate comforting oil – a perfect calming floral note to balance this blend

Jasmine – a beautiful calming and stress relieving fragrance

Vetiver – know as ‘the oil of tranquility’ – this is a lovely grounding scent with an exotic aroma traditionally used to create a feeling of calm

Our Body Oils are super concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Skin lotions and creams are made mainly from water (usually around 60-80%) mixed with oils or liquid paraffin, and so require emulsifiers and preservatives to mix the oils and stop bacteria growing in the water - almost all lotions and creams contain chemicals that will kill bacteria in the product. . . and also on your skin. We prefer not to upset the skin's natural balance so do not add water to any of our products - so we don't need to add any of these emulsifiers and preservatives - just pure natural plant oils, as nature intended.

What's more, our concentrated oils need less packaging and create less emissions when posted out and, with recyclable tins, a refillable option and non-PVC eco-labels, it's happy vibes all round!

Neve’s Bees Bee Calm Body Oil also contains:

APRICOT KERNEL Oil - a super lightweight, fast absorbing yet ultra-moisturising oil packed with natural linoleic acid (an omega 6) to strengthen the skin’s barrier function and oleic acid (an omega 9) to soften skin with a satin-like feel. It’s also naturally high in Vitamin E which helps to protect cells from damaging free radicals (such as environmental pollutants). Apricot Kernel Oil is great for moisturising dry, sensitive skin and can smooth out blemishes, wrinkles, fine lines, and other symptoms of maturing skin. Our Apricot Kernel Oil is ethically sourced from Southern Europe.

ARGAN OIL: Often called Liquid Gold, Organic Argan is a gift from nature containing the Optimum balance of fatty essential and Vitamin E which assists in the production of collagen leaving skin vibrant and glowing. We source our Argan from the first women run co-operative in Morocco. The network educates local families about the value of the Argan tree in Morocco and promotes the prevention of deforestation by offering a more sustainable source of income.

JOJOBA OIL: Jojoba’s natural structure mimics that of our own sebum, which makes it perfect for sinking in, softening and nourishing. It has a light moisturizing feel and absorbs well into the skin. Several studies have shown jojoba’s skin benefits in slowing the signs of aging.

NATURAL VITAMIN E: a powerful antioxidant to help nourish and protect your skin from damage caused by free radicals.
