Designed with a classic profile, each stool is handmade and finished with careful recombining, polishing, painting and lacquering, giving every piece its own individual look.

The reclaimed wood combines timbers including teak, mango wood, pinewood and beech, sourced from old buildings such as factories, sheds and boats. Backrests add extra seating comfort, while the multicolour finish reveals varied tones that may include blues, greens, creams and, at times, oranges, reds and pinks. As the wood grain and colour vary from piece to piece, each Berkfield stool is unique.
