To support rigidity, the mesh grid is formed by welding transverse and longitudinal wires at every intersection, helping the wall hold its shape once filled. Its modular design also allows multiple gabions to be placed side by side to extend longer runs as needed, while assembly is described as straightforward for efficient installation.
