Steel construction gives the oven a robust structure, finished in black for a clean, understated look outdoors. Inside, the baking base uses 2 fireclay bricks to distribute heat evenly within the oven and help protect food from ash or dust rising from the fire chamber. A removable fire and ash tray simplifies clearing out after use, while 2 shelves beneath the oven keep oven gloves and other essentials close at hand.
