For turning pipe, hollow sections and larger-diameter centred work, the Berkfield revolving live centre MT2 provides accurate support on the axis. It suits cored holes and tube work, with a centring diameter range of 20-51 mm.

Made from 40 Cr steel, this live centre combines high precision with a dust-tight seal that helps prevent cutting dust from entering the bearing. Preloaded greased bearings support thrust and radial capacities, while the stated maximum load is 100 kg and the maximum speed is 1500 rpm.
