Use and care

Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water. Dry with a soft towel, then treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off any excess.

Allow cookware to cool to room temperature after cooking. Do not cool by pouring cold water into the pan. Hand wash using mild detergent and a soft scourer, avoiding abrasive cleaners. Do not use metal scourers or metal utensils.
