If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

Start by removing all labels, carefully wash, and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool to room temperature. Do not try to cool it by pouring cold water into it.

Clean the product thoroughly after use to remove all stains that may become ground in due to the heat during the next use of the product. To remove ground-in stains, pour hot water into the pot to soften the stains. Then rub it thoroughly with a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils when cooking to prevent damaging the cookware's non-stick coating and metallic color. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore daily cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided.
