Casserole 28 cm Berlinger Haus BH-6606 Shiny Black Collection

This elegant 28 cm casserole from our Shiny Black Collection is made of forged aluminum thick wall body material and a 3-layer non-stick marble coating.

The high-quality materials used provide excellent thermal conductivity and allow the food to be cooked evenly on all sides. With the triple layer of the marble coating, the food won't burn or stick. The ergonomic soft-touch handle offers a good grip and safe cooking as it does not get hot during cooking. The casserole is stackable, which makes it a great asset to any large or small kitchen and will save you the much-needed space for other stuff. With the help of the plastic lid, you no longer have to transfer the food to a separate container before storing it in the fridge. {LINK-REMOVED}

This casserole is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge. The handles of the cookware set are not heat resistant and therefore it is not suitable for oven use.

Following the care and cleaning instructions will ensure the longevity and durability of the product.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

Start by removing all labels, carefully wash, and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.

Clean the product thoroughly after use to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. To remove ground-in stains, pour hot water into the pot to soften the stains. Then rub it thoroughly with a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating and the metallic color of the cookware. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore daily cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided.
