Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil, then wipe off any excess
• After cooking, allow to cool to room temperature and do not cool by pouring cold water into the cookware
• Clean using mild detergent and a soft scourer
• Avoid metal scourers, metal utensils and abrasive cleaning products
• For gas stoves, adjust the burner so flames only reach the bottom of the pan and not the edge
• Handles are not oven-safe
• Daily dishwasher cleaning should be avoided; use low-temperature programmes and non-corrosive cleaning agents when washing in the dishwasher
