Use and care

• Before first use remove all labels, wash and rinse with mild detergent and water, then dry with a soft towel
• Lightly treat the coating with vegetable oil and wipe off any excess
• Allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning and do not cool by pouring cold water into the tin
• Clean using mild detergent and a soft scourer, avoiding metal scourers, metal utensils and abrasive cleaning products
• Avoid daily dishwasher cleaning; use low-temperature programmes and non-corrosive cleaning agents
