Designed for neat, even pancakes, the Berlinger Haus Stone Touch Line pancake pan brings a considered look to everyday cooking. Berlinger Haus makes this 25 cm pan from forged aluminium with a thick wall body, finished in a grey/brown colourway.

A 3-layer non-stick stone-touch marble coating supports easy release, while the turbo induction base forms an induction bottom for efficient heat distribution. The stainless steel handle is finished with heat-resistant silicone, and the pan is oven safe up to 220C.

Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off any excess
• Allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning and do not cool by pouring cold water into the pan
• Clean using mild detergent and a soft scourer and avoid abrasive cleaning products
• Avoid metal scourers and metal utensils to help prevent damage to the non-stick coating
