Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil, then wipe off the excess
• Allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning and do not cool by pouring cold water into the cookware
• Clean using mild detergent and a soft scourer
• Avoid abrasive cleaning products, metal or wool scourers, and metal utensils
• If using a gas burner, reduce the heat so the flames do not touch the sides of the pan
