Black Sabbath Seventh Star is a 2CD deluxe digipack edition of the 1986 album, presented as a digitally remastered reissue with faithfully restored artwork. Originally released on Warner Brothers, it features Tony Iommi alongside vocalist Glenn Hughes, with Eric Singer, Geoff Nichols and Dave Spitz also credited.

CD1 contains the core album programme plus No Stranger To Love (Single Remix Version). CD2 adds bonus live recordings from Hammersmith Odeon, including The Mob Rules, War Pigs and Paranoid.
