Body Revolution’s Olympic tri-grip weight plates are built for precise load changes and repeated use. This pair includes two 15kg plates, giving a combined weight of 30kg, with a cast iron core and a heavy-duty rubber coating that helps reduce noise and limits contact damage to flooring and equipment.

The tri-grip shape gives a secure hold when lifting, carrying or changing plates between sets. Each plate has a 2-inch (50mm) centre hole for use with Olympic barbells and curl bars, and the design also allows them to be handled independently for plate-based exercises.
