Six colour-coded steel springs provide varied resistance, with quick changes made by hooking or unhooking springs as you move between exercises. Height-adjustable cable pulleys and an adjustable foot bar help fine-tune alignment and control. When you’ve finished, the reformer folds down and rolls into position on built-in wheels, with a tailored cover supplied for protection when stored.
