Six colour-coded steel springs provide multiple resistance options, with simple hook-and-unhook adjustment for smooth transitions between exercises. Height-adjustable cable pulleys and an adjustable foot bar help tailor positioning and alignment. When you’re finished, the reformer folds down and rolls on built-in wheels, with a portable storage bag supplied for protected storage.
