BowFlex gives the Max Trainer M6 a compact, upright format with a combined elliptical and stepper motion for home cardio training. It uses 16 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance, making it easy to shift from steady sessions to sharper interval work, while the low-impact movement and four-grip handlebars keep the upper and lower body engaged throughout each workout.

This machine is built for regular home use, with oversized textured pedals for a secure stance and a backlit LCD console that tracks burn rate and other workout data. JRNY compatibility via smartphone or tablet adds adaptive workouts, trainer-led classes, performance tracking and Explore the World routes, while the media shelf and USB charging port keep your device in view and powered.
