From Ca' di Rajo, the 50 Special Piave N.V. is an Italian Prosecco with a bright straw-yellow colour and green highlights. A delicate, persistent perlage underpins its fresh character, while the bouquet is described as elegant and complex, with aromas of pineapple, apricot, pear and apple. Notes of wild flowers, including wisteria and acacia, add a spring-like lift.

On the palate, it offers a good yet soft structure with emerging fruity notes, finishing pleasant and harmonious with a balanced, full-bodied flavour. Serve as an aperitif, or pair with battered vegetables, fried food, cheese and cold pasta. It is also described as excellent alongside raw fish such as oysters and prawns, as well as truffles.
