The 14" Premium Charcoal Smoker BBQ Grill is made of high density 0.9mm carbon steel and finished with a quality powder coating. The Smoker is made up of the Smoker Hood, the Smoker Barrel body, the Smoker bottom bowl and supporting feet. It uses four stainless steel locks to connect it all securely together.

There is a built-in thermometer in the lid which has now been replaced by a better quality gauge so you can accurately identify the perfect cooking/smoking temperature. The addition of four adjustable air vents to the base and two vents in the lid of the smoker allow for improved airflow and better temperature control. There are also two conveniently located access points for meat thermometer probes, so you can check your food without removing the lid.

A hinged door on the front of the body provides easy access to the water and charcoal pans, so if you have a long cooking/smoking time, you can simply top both up whilst retaining most of the heat/smoke. The charcoal pan is fully ventilated to provide a good, even distribution of heat/smoke.

This charcoal smoker BBQ grill comes complete with two cooking grates and a smoking rack, together with 6 hooks for smoking sausages, fish or ribs, so you can choose how and what you want to smoke. The simple structure makes it easy to use and very efficient. And when you have finished cooking/smoking, the lid will clip out of the way on one of the heat resistant handles.
