Capriano Catarratto Pinot Grigio (6 x 750ml - 11%)

From Sicily, Capriano Catarratto Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from Pinot Grigio and Catarratto. The inland hilly areas combine a coastal Mediterranean climate with slightly more continental conditions, with moderately cold winters and hot summers.

Soft pressing is followed by fermentation for 15 to 20 days at 17 to 18C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored at 18 to 20C in stainless steel until bottling, preserving its fresh, balanced character. A straw-yellow wine with a fruity bouquet and a full-bodied, well-balanced palate, it suits fish soups, grilled fish and mushroom dishes.
